Cookery – General and Junior – closes 4 pm – Friday 23 February 2018 

  • Junior classes include up to 12 years, and 13 – 18 years

Icing and Decorating – closes 4 pm – Friday 23 Feb 2018

  • Junior classes include up to 12 years, and 13 – 18 years
  • Novice classes are available for those new to icing and decorating

Preserves – closes 4 pm, Friday 23 February 2018

  • Novice classes are available for those new to preserving

JUDGING DATES AND TIMES:

Showgoers and competitors are invited to attend the judging of selected cookery categories.  It’s a great way to find out what the judges are looking for in a cookery entry.  Times are:

  • General Cookery, Fruit Cakes & Puddings (Classes 1 – 41) – from 11.00 am on Saturday, March 3
  • Junior Cookery (Classes 42 – 62) – from 11 am to 1.30pm Sunday, March 4
