Thank you for taking the time to consider this great opportunity to become an exhibitor at the Newcastle Regional Show in 2012. The Newcastle Regional Show has experienced highs and lows in its history; experienced washouts and heat waves but in recent years the Association has seized the opportunity to rebrand and revitalise the event and 2012 is shaping up to become bigger and better than ever.
We have completely remodelled the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and have introduced professional and colour coded "precincts" that feature the following sections:-

Glamour makeovers for the ladies with great prizes to be won, professional fashion shows as well as "Fashion Week" parades and the opportunity to see the latest in fashion trends.

Experience the lastest in gym equipment, gym wear and enjoy demonstrations by local fitness instructors.
Health & Wellbeing -
Be harmonized with new and innovative options available for good health and wellbeing.
Tourism
Visit our many local and state hotels and attractions to be enlightened on what our region and state has to offer.

The many and varied opportunities that exist in our region will be featured in our Business Precinct.

An opportunity to experience all the 'new' and 'different' gadgets available on the market.

HISTORY
The First Newcastle Show was held on 17th May, 1902
NOT FOR PROFIT STATUS
The Newcastle AH&I Association is a registered not for profit organisation.
LOCATION
Newcastle Regional Showground, Newcastle Entertainment Centre and Newcastle Exhibition Centre are all located at the Showground situated between Curley Road, Griffith Road and Brown Road, Broadmeadow.

PROMOTIONS
Newcastle Regional Show will be marketed to the public via an extensive advertising and promotional campaign, using at least two television stations, four or more radio stations and the local press. Out strategic plan is to raise the public and business awareness of the Show by promoting the event through all advertising and promotional mediums. Geographically, we will target a broad area from the Central Coast through to Port Stephens, mid North Coast and the Upper Hunter.
Press releases will be issued at various intervals and a free Show Guide will be prepared and distributed during Show week. You will have a wonderful opportunity to advertise in the Show Guide to promote your business and location at the Show!

There are a few conditions and they are:
On-Site Camping
Exhibitors are reminded that on-site camping is strictly prohibted anywhere on the Showgrounds or in its buildings or pavillions by any Exhibitor or anyone associated with the Exhibitor. This regulation will be strictly enforceable during the 2012 Show.

* All buildings and displays will close at 9pm during the Show, except Showbag World within the Entertainment Centre, which will close at 10pm.
