Jams & Pickles
Judging is open to the public, and Judges will taste and discuss each exhibit and answer questions. Some of the categories are:

Traditional orange marmalade Jam made from a combination of two or more tropical fruits

Any other citrus marmalade Strawberry jam

Apricot jam (using fresh fruit) Jam made from a single tropical fruit

Any other stone fruit jam Plum jam

Ripe tomato jam Apricot jam – using dried fruit
